Blencathra – Hallsfell Top is a Lake District fell of 867.8 m in Westmorland and Furness. Its drop is the 5th greatest among the Wainwrights, behind Scafell Pike at the top.
It counts towards four lists: Wainwrights, Hewitts, Nuttalls and Marilyns. It overtops all four of its nearest neighbours; the tallest of them, Bowscale Fell, reaches 702 m. It stands 183.7 m above its nearest neighbour, Bannerdale Crags, 1.8 km to the north-east. It is one of the 39 Wainwrights that are also Marilyns. All four of its nearest neighbours lie to the north, so it stands at the southern edge of its group. Its nearest higher summit, Skiddaw South Top (925.5 m, 6.3 km west), is a listed top not profiled here. It is 216.8 m above the average height of the 103 register hills in Westmorland and Furness. The summit is marked by a trig point.
