Cairn Gorm is a Munro of 1,244.8 m in Highland, Moray. Only five of the register's Scotland hills are higher.

It overtops all four of its nearest neighbours; the tallest of them, Beinn Mheadhoin (Moray), reaches 1,182.9 m. Its key col leads to Ben Macdui, not to its nearest higher summit, Ben Macdui North Top. All four of its nearest neighbours lie to the east, so it stands at the western edge of its group. It is a Munro but not a Marilyn: its 145.8 m of drop is short of 150 m. Its nearest higher summit, Ben Macdui North Top (1,294.2 m, 4.7 km south), is a listed top not profiled here. The database describes the top as a rock at base of large cairn.
